Manage or cancel your subscription

Presto's subscription is billed and managed entirely through your Apple ID, not by us directly. To view, change, or cancel it:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  • Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  • Select Presto and choose to change your plan or cancel.

Cancelling stops future renewals but keeps your access until the end of the current billing period. You can also restore a purchase from the Presto app's account screen if a subscription isn't reflecting correctly.


Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Presto account and its data from within the app: go to Account and choose Delete account. This removes your email, name, and account data from our systems (see our Privacy Policy for retention details). Your local goal settings and scan history, stored only on your device, are removed when you delete the app itself.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Cancel separately in your Apple ID subscription settings to stop future billing.
