Terms of Use

Presto is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your use of the app unless Presto has provided its own end user license agreement. You can read the full agreement here:

Subscriptions

Presto offers a 3-day free trial, after which it requires a subscription to continue using the app: $7.99 per month or $39.99 per year (USD; prices may vary by region).

• Payment is billed to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price you agreed to.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Acceptable use

Presto is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Not medical advice

Presto surfaces nutrition data drawn from public product databases and on-label scanning. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. Numbers are provided for informational purposes; you are responsible for the decisions you make with them.

Disclaimer of warranties

Presto is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Nutrition data comes from third-party sources (Open Food Facts, OpenNutrition, and on-label OCR) and, while we work to keep it accurate, we cannot guarantee it is always complete or error-free.
